I was looking for a 2012 Avant A4. First time I went to Bell, they didn't have one, but Albert said that he would find me one. He said to call him in three weeks, that the avants should be coming in by th Bell, they didn't have one, but Albert said that he would find me one. I went to Bell two days later and since Albert had done all of the preliminary work at the prior visit, my time at the dealership to pick up the car was fast. He stuck to the price he quoted me at the 1st visit and didn't try to negotiate a higher price. Albert made the "buying a car experience," very pleasant. He is an extremely nice guy and is very good at pointing out the features of the car and showing you how to use them. He has a lot of patience. I was in a hurry and he is very good under pressure.
