He took his time explaining the details of the car in “lateman's” terms so the average person could understand the benefits of the Audi technology. We had a great experience purchasing our Q7 TDI from Bell Audi and Kiki Infante. We got there on what seemed to be the busiest day ever but weren't rushed at all. There was one part missing that we noticed later on at home and Kiki went out of his way and personally delivered it although we live 50+ miles from the dealership. Yes, I will be going back for my next Audi there but will be sure to talk to the financing department about those few thousand in fees they charge just for putting your signature on the document... guess that's the only way to keep those banks going nowadays.
