My Name is Dave Reece and in September of 2011 I had some business to conduct near Edison NJ. After completing that business I drove by Bell Audi to take a look at their inventory of new A6's. Soon after my quick review of the lot I went to get back in my beat up work pick-up and out came Albert Nkansa to ask me what I was interested in. I told him I had been waiting for the new A6 and had been to other dealers closer to my house to grab a look at the Audi's. After a friendly conversation, he asked of my time frame for purchase and of the different options I might want, asked for my number and email and let me go on my way. A couple of weeks before my anticipated time of purchase, which was 5 months later, I received an email from Albert, inviting me for a test drive and a more in depth review of the A6. I thought to myself what a great salesperson. No hounding during the 5 months just a note when I was ready. When I returned to Bell Audi for a test drive I experienced something I rarely do in auto sales. My salesperson new more about the car than I did. I mean everything. There was no function on the car Albert did not know about in detail. It was quite impressive. I returned 2 days later to place a down payment on my order and everything was ready to go. I bypassed no less than 5 Audi dealerships closer to my home because of that salesmanship. I picked up my car this week and found that all of the staff I had to deal with were essentially the same way. What a pleasant experience. Thanks Albert and Bell Audi. More

I was looking for a 2012 Avant A4. First time I went to Bell, they didn't have one, but Albert said that he would find me one. He said to call him in three weeks, that the avants should be coming in by th Bell, they didn't have one, but Albert said that he would find me one. I went to Bell two days later and since Albert had done all of the preliminary work at the prior visit, my time at the dealership to pick up the car was fast. He stuck to the price he quoted me at the 1st visit and didn't try to negotiate a higher price. Albert made the "buying a car experience," very pleasant. He is an extremely nice guy and is very good at pointing out the features of the car and showing you how to use them. He has a lot of patience. I was in a hurry and he is very good under pressure. Boy, I can't even begin to tell you what a pleasant experience this was especially after dealing with the arrogance and lies of previous sales people as well as sales managers at another Audi dealership only 3 miles from where I live. As I stated previously I have been to many dealerships in my day and dealt with many sales people and have never experienced such professionalism and patience as I did with Marc Levine. He is a true salesman and a caring gentleman and an asset to his company. His knowledge on the products he sells is second to none. I can see why Bell Audi is so successful.
