Buying a car from Bell Audi was a pleasureful experience. We had done our homework walking into the dealership so we were ready to purchase. He has continued to keep in touch and offered his cell phone for us to call if we needed anything or just couldn't figure out how to use one of the many features of the car. When I was going to do the car pick-up I got trapped on some work related issues and got to the dealer late. While still on my way Albert called me to see if everything was ok and if I needed to reschedule. I got to the dealer and my car was parked at the front of the dealer waiting for me. He went over all the features of the car very thoroughly and answered all my questions.
