But none of this was the case with my salesmen Ramzi Amawi. From the time my wife and I walked in to the time of delivery of the 2012 A5 Ramzi was a true pleasure to work with. He took his time to detail all the bells and whistles of the vehicle asking what we were looking for and if the car satisfied our needs. After agreeing to getting the car, the only issue we had was Audi Bell didn't have the particular color we wanted. Instead of Ramzi saying "Hey we have a black or blue one you can take today" Ramzi sprung into action and made some phone calls and said a white one would be in, in about a week. Too our surprise Ramzi would randomly call and text us just saying hello and updating us on the status of the transport of our vehicle. When it finally reached the showroom, Ramzi called me and told me the car was ready and even sent someone from the dealership to pick me up from my house to get the car. To my surprise when I got there, the car was beautiful and even had a couple of extra perks that Ramzi threw in with no additional charge. Ramzi is a real stand up guy. Very professional and very downtown Earth. This was the best new car buying experience that I have ever had. Thank you, Ramzi! More
