My experience with Bell Audi was positive and this was mainly due to my sales agent, Calista. You see, I met her last year when I was in the market for a MB GLK which she had in their lot. Six months later and I’m now looking for a Miata and lo and behold, I see one again at Calista’s lot. Even before test driving it, she gave me the information I asked: the out-the-door price (many dealerships are hesitant divulging this price this early). I came over, checked the car out, test drove it and this time we made a sale. But it wasn’t just any sale. It was a no pressure sale with no other items being offered for sale (Wait, no offers to install nitrogen???). And the price of the car is the price of the car. I did my homework, compared the price with other dealers and yes, I’m happy with this price. All in all a very positive experience indeed. More

Absolutely worst experience at this dealership. We showed interest in an CPO certified Audi Q5 2021. We specifically informed the dealership, we did not want a car that has previously been in an a We showed interest in an CPO certified Audi Q5 2021. We specifically informed the dealership, we did not want a car that has previously been in an accident. After knowledge of our request, they showed us the cars on their lots which "were not in accidents" and showed Carfax reports to prove it. After choosing a car and taking it for a test drive, we put a down payment. After putting the down payment, they informed us that the vehicle is undergoing a recall in which would elongate the delivery process. Finally, 2 minutes before my family was about to sign the contract to finalize the deal, the staff member and manager informed us that the car did in fact have an accident. Little did we know that the car was in an accident but had not gone through insurance which did not show up on the Carfax report. Also, when discussing interest rate and finance methods, the staff knew my family had good credit (Tier 1 Credit). However, regardless when developing a quote, they put more interest than what was previously discussed. The mistake was noticed by my family members in which the staff fixed their mistake. Not sure what is going on behind the scenes in this dealership but overall this dealership tried to scam my family and cheat their way into a purchase. More
