I went to Bell Audi on a Wednesday looking for something very specific. I was met by Kiki. I told him what I wanted and he looked through his used inventory and told me they didn’t have what I wanted in sto very specific. I was met by Kiki. He asked for my name and number and told me if something came in he would call me. I really didn’t know what to expect. This interaction was great for two reasons. First, he didn’t waste my time and try to sell me something I didn’t want. Second, he called me and left a voicemail the following Saturday saying that an exact match of what I had requested had just been turned in that morning. When I called him back he asked if I was interested and I told him I was already half way to the dealership. I have never had a better experience at a dealership. There was no hassle and everything went very smooth. I may never buy another car anywhere else. A week later on Friday I was driving home late at night and got a flat. I called roadside and they were awesome. I was back on the road in less than an hour. The next morning I called service and they told me to come right in. When I came in they told me they didn’t have a replacement tire. They said don’t worry we will pull a new tire off a new car. I was shocked. Now that’s how you take care of a customer! I was back on the road in less than two hours. By the way it didn’t cost me a dime because I bought the road hazard insurance. I also recommend buying that. So Bell Audi has just earned a new customer. Oh and I also received my plates and registration in under 2 and ½ weeks. Kiki and the service team and everyone else who helped with my purchase and service thank you very much for treating me like a valued customer. More

I requested for a loaner even though i dint purchase the car from there he was ready to meet my needs.. I am completely satisfied with the service I receive from Bell Audi .. Jonathan Kiwacz provided an excellent service.. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.. He walked me through the process and provided an estimate completion time and called me and updated when work will be done so that I can be back in time to pick up the car .. In the last 6 months I have purchased two cars from Steve Stoop at Bell Audi and both experiences were great. This is the 6 or 7th audi that we have purchased from Bell but the first from the new location in Stoop at Bell Audi and both experiences were great. This is the 6 or 7th audi that we have purchased from Bell but the first from the new location in Edison. The first car was a 2012 S5 CAB for my wife. Steve was awesome, he provided everything that you would expect when buying a car with the personality of the S5 and at that end of the dollar spectrum service is to be expected. After a few months we went back to Steve and Bell audi for our 2012 A4 Avant. Once again the service was spot on; the process was super simple and we could not be happier with the experience.
