I was waiting for Bell Audi call back to let me know that the tires are in for a recall. They never called me, once I called back after few months, they told me that the recall is over and they can't help me the tires are in for a recall. The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t call back or fix problems with the car. They had my car for a month, which had been recalled for engine issues, and still can’t figure out They don’t call back or fix problems with the car. My experience with Bell Audi in Edison has been extremely disappointing. After purchasing a car from salesperson Willy, the vehicle immediately started showing problems and ultimately didn’t even pass inspec disappointing. After purchasing a car from salesperson Willy, the vehicle immediately started showing problems and ultimately didn’t even pass inspection. What’s worse, once the sale was completed, the dealership completely stopped providing any service or support. They showed no accountability and left us to deal with the issues on our own. It feels like they only cared about closing the deal and had no interest in standing behind the car they sold. This is unacceptable, especially for a brand like Audi. I strongly advise anyone considering Bell Audi Edison to think twice — if problems arise after the purchase, don’t expect them to help you. More
