Unbelievable service visit I came in for my first oil change on my Outback and was absolutely blown away. He was never out to push me into a car I didn't want, and he listened intently to help me work through understanding how each model could suit my needs. While I didn't make the purchase that day, his subsequent email communication was superb - not too pushy, but always available for help.
