Jake in the service did an excellent job on taking action to get my front tire and alignment issues fixed. We are still waiting on the Ram warranty people to resolve their portion of the problem. Mike Novacich is a great salesman! He represents the dealership very well. He was very courteous and listened to what was important to us.
