Their sales process is easy and thorough, and their after-sale servicing is amazing. I recently purchased a new vehicle and was happy to be working with the third generation of the Behlmann. I received the vehicle sooner than expected and it was exactly as ordered. All the paperwork was completed when I arrived, and they took ample time to show me how to use all of the many features of my new vehicle. I appreciate Behlmann's customer focus and attention to detail and I'm sure that my next vehicle will be another purchase from Behlmann. More

So I inquired about a used Camaro that was practically brand new. I am from out of state and the sales person I was working with sent pictures, videos, everything I asked about. The time came to fly from brand new. I am from out of state and the sales person I was working with sent pictures, videos, everything I asked about. The time came to fly from out of state to pick up the car and drive it home. The sales person I was working with, texted me after I had already landed, that he would not be there and someone else would have to take over. Upon arrival, we stood at the entrance for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged our existence, we then went to look at the car and test drive it. After starting the car, a vicious tick was noticed and progressively got worse as the car ran. There is no way it could have been missed during inspection and was not communicated to me at all. I ended up backing out of the deal and was ultimately forced to find a ride back to the airport and buy plane tickets to get home. After the fact, some research was done and the listed mileage vs actual milage was off by about 300+ miles. I was told the sales person used it as a demo car but must have added a lot of miles to it. I do have to take my hat off to the second salesperson who assited in this. He showed genuine sincerity over what had happened and did everything he could to help us out at the end of the day. The vehicle is still under factory warranty and there was plenty of time to have it inspected and a headache could have been avoided. More
