Lack of quality. Just got a truck from here and the staff seems laid back and not wanting to work with getting things done as they should. The truck had no floor mats in it and a bad rim when I picked it up from the dealership and I was told that it would be in shortly now I'm getting the run around on it I don't think its right being told that something will be taken care of and never gets done its been 2 weeks now and still nothing! Not to mention it took a week for us to sign the paperwork! More
