NIGHTMARE ON US19 I BOUGHT MY VEHICLE ON SEPT.2014.THE STAFF FELL ALL OVER THEMSELVES BEING NICE TO ME.SCOTT DID ALL PAPERWORK AND WAS ON THE PHONE GETTING ME APPROVED. I BOUGHT MY VEHICLE ON SEPT.2014.THE STAFF FELL ALL OVER THEMSELVES BEING NICE TO ME.SCOTT DID ALL PAPERWORK AND WAS ON THE PHONE GETTING ME APPROVED.HE HAD ME SIGN PAPERWORK.HE TALKED ABOUT GAP INSUR.,I DIDN'T KNOW I HAD TO GET IT BECAUSE THE SELLING PRICE OF THE VEHICLE WAS 4 THOUSAND MORE THEN THE VALUE OF VEHICLE THERE WAS A BROKEN PART { CRUISE CONTROL SWITCH ] AFTER REPEATING CALLS TO DEALERSHIP I GOT THE PART INSTALLED [ 45 DAYS LATER ] WHAT REALLY BOTHERED ME WAS WHEN I HAD MY FREE OIL CHANGE I WAS TOLD I HAD A EXTENSIVE OIL LEAK AROUND MY OIL PAN AND IT COULD BE FIXED FOR $140.00 THAT DAY. I GARAGE MY VEHICLE AND THE FLOOR WAS DRY.I LIVE 5 MILES FROM BEFORDS. WHEN I WENT HOME I CRAWLED UNDER VEHICLE AND FOUND 2 LOOSE BOLTS. I TIGHTEN BOLTS AND NO MORE LEAKES.I CALLED SCOTT AND TOLD HIM.HE TOLD ME HE WOULD CALL ME BACK.HE NEVER CALLED BACK. I CALLED HIM.HE APOLOGIZED THE STAFF ARE REALLY GOOD AT APOLOGIZING THEY DID IT TO ME ALL THE TIME.THE STAFF EVEN ONE OF THE OWNERS JUST COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD. More

Overall a Great experience!!! When my wife and I originally set out to buy a newer vehicle I was not looking forward to it. Buying a car is usually a chore. Overall experience at Connie's I recently purchased a 2010 Ford Focus at Bedford Auto, I was nervous purchasing this vehicle due to the fact I do not know much about cars and my hus I recently purchased a 2010 Ford Focus at Bedford Auto, I was nervous purchasing this vehicle due to the fact I do not know much about cars and my husband who would usually negotiate the deal recently passed. Walking into Bedford I was greeted by friendly and knowlegable staff who quickly eased my worries. Al showed me cars only in the pricerange that l asked for not trying to sell me an expensive car for a better commission for himself. When I picked out the focus they allowed me to take the car for a weekend (without paying a dime )to drive around to make sure that was the vehicle for me. When I came back to actually purchase the vehicle I was introduced to the owner and her family. I thought that was wonderful to meet the owner of a dealership and have them help me fill our my paperwork . More
