DO NOT BUY FROM BEEMER HAUS I purchased a vehicle from Beemer Haus in late August 2017. Upon initial inspection the brakes and tires appeared to have sufficient wear remaining. T I purchased a vehicle from Beemer Haus in late August 2017. Upon initial inspection the brakes and tires appeared to have sufficient wear remaining. The vehicle a 2015 BMW, was also to have BMW's maintenance agreement in place to cover replacement of the brakes. After purchasing the car it was determined that the car had little to no tire tread remaining and need to be replaced. In addition to this the brakes were also in poor shape. Replacement rotors and pads were needed and they were not covered by BMW's maintenance program. I had to pay for both of these out of pocket. The car was not safe to drive. Finally the dealer did not disclose that the vehicle came with a 2nd key. An additional expense that will cost me hundreds of dollars. Dealer offered to help after seeing my negative reviews online. After I took the reviews down I reached out to the owner. To date I've left many messages trying to find a resolution but the owner has not returned my calls in over two weeks. I found the sales people to be helpful, they weren't pushy like some other sales people I have dealt with in the past. Their prices were excellent and their trade in values were very reasonable. There was a couple of minor issues with the paperwork they forgot to have me sign, and they drove to my house to get them signed instead of having me go out of my way to go back to their dealership, very satisfied! Their facility isn't anything to write home about, but you are not buying the facility, you are buying a car, so this really didn't affect my decision to purchase from them. So far I love my new (to me) car. More
