Liars and Deceitful We purchased a car from them in May of 2019. They told us that they put two new front tires. We drove the 5,000 miles and come to find out that we needed new front tires. When we looked up the date that the front tires were manufactured, we found out that the tires were not brand new but in fact they were manufactured in 2015. They never put two new front tires on the car. I have proof that the tires are not new and I have a statement from the owner stating that he put two new front tires on the car. I have proof to show that he is a liar but still he refuses to do anything about. The only thing he is doing is call me a liar when I have all the proof in the world and he could not show me any proof that he purchased two new tires for my car in May of 2019. They say to walk away from a bad situation. When it comes to Beemer Haus, I say RUN don't walk away from their bad ethics and ways of ripping off consumers. More

Beemer Haus ROCKS This is my 2nd purchase from Beemer Haus. I was fortunate to find a basic BMW reasonably priced over three years ago for my wife's commute back and f This is my 2nd purchase from Beemer Haus. I was fortunate to find a basic BMW reasonably priced over three years ago for my wife's commute back and forth to work. We chose a one owner, two year old car with only 15k miles. We ended up buying the car outright and decided to keep it...until the bug bit to consider a replacement. I had my eye on a specific model, turned out Beemer Haus had three of the model I was looking for. I did my homework with financing, thumbs up from the wife to test drive and we took home our "new" 3 year old car with 24k miles that had a great price. They gave me what I wanted for the trade, and even saving me $$ on the loan rate. The owner (Charbel) basically walked us through the paperwork quickly on a busy Saturday, and start to finish our transaction was complete in 2.5 hours. I went there to test drive their BMW 435i that one of their sales person told me that the car is still available. When I arrived the guy told me he took some parts out of the engine and put it in another BMW......and that he has to order the parts so I have to wait. The fact that he was dumb enough to say that he took some parts out of the ENGINE so then he can sell the other car is scary enough to not purchase anything from them! When searching for my vehicle I I recently purchased a 2015 335i from Beemer Haus and I can not say enough about how great the buying experience was. When searching for my vehicle I was pretty picky about the condition, mileage and trim level I wanted. This place had by far the best condition 335i I could find so I decided to give them a visit. The sales people were not pushy and after driving the car I decided it was the one. I had already gotten a quote for a loan from my local CU and they were able to match it which was nice. Overall this dealer was a pleasure to work with and I can not suggest it highly enough for anyone looking for a good condition BMW. I have never felt more disrespected and less valued than by this company. The more people that acknowledge that this won’t fly anymore this company is going to lose momentum and for all buyers sake hopefully go out of business. Terrible leadership, horrible sales people, most of all, absolutely no ethics. Admitting that cars are over priced, and still trying to move forward on deals is just one of many gems the sales folks and even the owners entertain. end result: STEER CLEAR!!!! Sketchy We were approved for a BMW through the dealership. We asked go have it checked out through an authorized dealer. We chose to go through Chapman BMW on camelback as the dealer said they had issues with the BMW dealership in chandler stating "they don't like us". So the appointment was made for today 9/1/2018 at 12pm. This dealership calls and informed us that Chapman would not be able to look at the car today..which was a lie! As we called Chapman and they still had us scheduled at 12pm. This dealership then tried to make many more excuses as to why they do not want this car checked out! This dealer is sketchy and I would not buy from them! And advise others to not trust them as they lie!! We will gladly take our money elsewhere as Nick basically informed us our money is not good here as they tried to kill the deal. Seems money can't buy class or integrity. More

Great Place to Purchase a Gently Used BMW I recently purchased a 2013 BMW M6 from Beemer Haus in Scottsdale, AZ and would strongly recommend them over other dealerships. During my search for t I recently purchased a 2013 BMW M6 from Beemer Haus in Scottsdale, AZ and would strongly recommend them over other dealerships. During my search for the perfect car, I started by viewing potential vehicles online through car gurus and other web sites. There were two dealerships that kept coming up. Beemer Haus and Certified Benz and Beemer. For no particular reason, I went to Certified Benz and Beemer first to see their inventory. I quickly surveyed the selection at Certified Benz and Beemer and left due to the high pressure and sales tactics which have given used car lots the bad reputation people have come to know. Next, I went to Beemer Haus to look at a car that caught my eye while searching online. I was pleasantly surprised at the stark contrast in sales methods when compared to the Certified Benz and Beemer. I found Beemer Haus to have a very low pressure environment and a bending over backward approach to providing superior customer service not common in the stereotypical used car dealership business model. The staff at Beemer Haus were very helpful and took their time to make sure all my questions were ask. I was provided all the time I like to look at the car that drew me there as well as others. I do say others as I soon saw that Beemer Haus has a huge selection of very nice and gently used BMWs. A kid in a candy store for sure!!! I decided to purchase the M6 that drew me to Beemer Haus. They continued to impress me and provided that level of comfort I was looking for when we went through the financing part of the transaction. They were extremely helpful with offering options and even discussed helping me with service and parts in the future. This superior level of customer services Beemer Haus exudes has left me knowing that my next BMW purchase will definitely start with them.
