Not sure on where to begin with what was the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. For reference, I used to work in the industry and was a new car sales manager for years - I 100% unde experience I have ever had with any dealership. For reference, I used to work in the industry and was a new car sales manager for years - I 100% understand the game played. Been shopping for a well optioned Cayenne for a while and saw they listed one, fresh in, no pictures. I called and spoke with Joseph to see if the car was able to be seen and test driven, he assured me it was and invited me to come in. So, we packed the 3 year old up in the 110 degree heat and made the 31 mile trek to Beemer Haus. My well dressed family showed up in our Tesla Model S (painting the picture and you will see why) and Joseph met us outside and welcomed us in. Right away he took us the where the vehicle was, as it was still being detailed. We had some small talk about why we were shopping for a SUV, Cayenne specifically. Told Joseph we have been looking for a while and that the options on this car were very exciting. He asked me if we would be purchasing the vehicle today and I responded, "if you ask my wife, yes, but I don't think we have time to finish today. I am 50/50" He then told me he would need my drivers license and insurance card in order to go on a test drive - no worries, I am an a State Farm insurance Agent and own a local office down the street, let me grab my insurance card out of my car. Again, Saturday, 110 outside, wife is sitting in dealership with 3 year old who is beyond bored. Going on a "joy ride" and wasting time is the LAST thing on my mind. At this point, if Joseph was a salesman, he would have been able to notice my wife was already excited about the vehicle, told him she wanted it and was already giving me a hard time and telling me to purchase it. This is where things took a very weird turn.. Joseph returned to me standing there, with license and insurance, and told me, "my GM (Kalin) doesn't feel comfortable allowing you to test drive the vehicle since you aren't buying the vehicle today." UMMMM WHAT?! How in the world am I supposed to know if this is the vehicle I want without test driving it? It's over 100 degrees out and I drove almost an hour with my 3 year old in the car - IF YOUR GM CAN'T DETERMINE WITH THIS INFO ALONE THAT I AM A SERIOUS BUYER - HE NEEDS TO BE RE-TRAINED. Beyond that, if that is how Kalin felt, why didn't HE come out to tell me that? Instead, Joseph was cowardly sent out to tell me the news. I was beyond offended that my family and I were profiled like that by Kalin, a gentleman that I have never spoke to or shaken hands with. I immediately walked over to my wife and told her we were leaving. Not once did Joseph or Kalin attempt to stop me to clarify or apologize. After leaving I sent Joseph a text to confirm what was said and this was the response. "that was the GM. Please dont take offense, we like the first test drive to also be the last. We are happy to have you back in and have it be the last car you shop for" He continued to say, "we just dont take vehicles on test drives unless they are committed to buying" news flash, I was committed, just didnt have time to sit there in finance for hours on end that day. I thought to myself there is no way the owner knows customers are being treated and profiled like this by his own General Manager. I decided to send an email to the 2 owners listed on their website to explain what happened and see if they felt the same. The Owner, Charbel, responded very quickly (on a Sunday, credit where credit is due) and began to apologize at first but his email started to run off the rails as well. In his email he said his GM, Kalin, told him "you (I) made it clear to the salesman (Joseph) about not being ready to buy that day" and goes on to say "I hope you now that these guys spend their day in the heat helping customers. They need to clean the cars before and after the test drive. They get so many people who walk in every day just wanting to take the vehicle on a joy ride." IT IS THEIR JOB More
I have to say in about 30+ years of buying and owning vehicles in many states that Beemer Haus was the best buying experience ever. I called a couple days ago after searching Land Rovers and spoke to vehicles in many states that Beemer Haus was the best buying experience ever. I called a couple days ago after searching Land Rovers and spoke to Dylan. He set up to show me the vehicle the following day. I arrived the next day and Dylan went over everything with the vehicle, test drove it and even showed me the entire showroom. This was what I was looking for and with such low miles and the price, I couldn’t pass this up. A very rare Land Rover. At that point the GM Kalin came over and we all talked for a bit. Come to find out Dylan and I went to the same high school in California and both of us were varsity guys. This was so cool. We both knew Dave Roberts who’s the Los Angeles Dodger manager as well. I went to high school with Dave. What a small world. Then Jordan the finance manager came over and it was time to see him. I will have to say Jordan went above and beyond his duties to get me the best rate possible. Thank you so much Jordan. I owe you. Throughout the entire experience I met the owner Charbro and David the sales manager. Both very nice guys and they both loved my trade in. 🤙 I hated to see it go. Someone is going to get a xxxx of a BMW. We finished up the deal and I was off. I can’t recommend Beemer Haus enough. Thanks guys and have a good one. 👍 More
PLEASE do yourself a favor and buy from an actual BMW dealership. After signing all the paperwork and forms I noticed they kept saying "let us put this in the glove box for you!" "Let me go ahead and dealership. After signing all the paperwork and forms I noticed they kept saying "let us put this in the glove box for you!" "Let me go ahead and put that in the glove box so you don't have to!" Which was kind at first but got weird after the 7th time. Found out quickly why they didn't want me to touch the glovebox. I drive off the lot, hit a bump, and the glove box flies open. The latch was broken and they intentionally hid that. What a sign of what was to come. Here's the long list of issues with the vehicle: 1. The glove box latch was broken. 2. Headlight ribbon begins to dim. (They tell me to use my warranty & take it to arrowhead BMW though I thought it was covered within the 15 days?) 3. They sold me a car with a bad battery 4. The engine mount on the driver side is in terrible shape. 5. There are no floor matts 6. There is an alignment issues, something that was called out on the last emissions test though they stated there were no reported issues with the vehicle in October. 7. The car fax service maintenance dates are wrong (the sales stated the owner is just really bad at putting in the entries when they happen but assures me the vehicle was serviced) 8. They reluctantly fix the headlight but didn't mention it was dimmer than the right when I picked it up. This is partially on me, it was so sunny and I was in a hurry so I didn't spend much time comparing. As soon as I was in my garage where there was shade, I could tell. I immediately called and they said "I'm really trying here. I noticed it, how didn't you?" 9. It smelled so BAD like cigar smoke, it's taken me 3 details and 1 chlorine tablets session to get the smell to be just a little better. In the span of 8 weeks I put 200+ miles driving to this dealership. Please do not purchase your car from here. They'll ignore you, gaslight you, and say "I don't want to put anymore money in your car, I'm tired of it." OR "I tried all that I can, I really did but I don't know what else to do to fix the issue" (yet they'll convince you you're in safe hands as their service tech worked for BMW for 10+ years). The only way to get them to respond and acknowledge you or your concerns is to let them know you will be filing a consumer complaint. From what I was told when the rep reached out to me? It's not their first. I am currently driving a "brand new" car that has a headlight out. It's embarrassing, I wish I would've never purchased a vehicle from them and I hope someone learns from my mistake and avoids this dealership at all costs. They supposedly shipped me a check for $250 from my warranty company to "help" cover a new headlight but that never came. The last time I was at that dealership they swore they would resolve it but then again ignored my calls and texts. I'm also now stuck in a contract with an awful warranty company because they wouldn't cancel my contract the four times I asked in the first two weeks I was in that dealership. More
Michael answered all my questions competently. The car was priced lower than 2 other Civics I was looking at from other dealerships AND they were older models. The car was priced lower than 2 other Civics I was looking at from other dealerships AND they were older models. More

Informed them that I Live in Florida and would be flying to AZ to pick up the vehicle and drive back. Did the deal over the phone. Arrived in AZ a few days later. The finance Manager was a complete tool the entie time and rude AF. The window tint i was charged $400 for by the dealer was clearly done by a child. The driver's window alone has Seven creases in the tint and three scratches down to the glass. The passenger side was not much better. Another thing worth mentioning is the floor mats. The original sticker for this car was $122,000. I'm certain that it didn't come with generic tan floor mats in a black on black car. Last but not least I pull off the lot headed on my 1700 mile journey across the country with 77 miles worth of gas. The low fuel light comes on a 48 miles for context. Very unprofessional, cringe worthy, experience. Definitely not one I would expect from a dealership with a vehicle of this caliber. I definitely should have utilized a different venue for my vehicle purchase. Wost vehicle purchase experience ever. NEVER AGAIN!!! More
I went in to look at some 7-series they had on their website. I was greeted quickly by Richard. He showed me the two vehicles I wanted to see. Explained some of the differences. I was then introduced to website. I was greeted quickly by Richard. He showed me the two vehicles I wanted to see. Explained some of the differences. I was then introduced to Charbel the owner. (Richard had to do finance papers for another customer). Charbel was very genuine and nice to talk with him. I explained I had bought my Corvette this past summer. It was hard to get in and out. I didn't want to lose a bunch of money, but the market had changed. Charbel booked out my vehicle and was willing to offer me a high book value due to the vehicle condition. I purchased the 740i that night. It was easy and quick. I walked in at 4:30 and drove out at 6. I did check the website later that evening and the vehicle I purchased was already off their website! That let's me know that the inventory status on their website is very accurate! thank you! 5 stars all the way! More
I had a smooth easy transaction with Jay. He was helpful and courteous from the time I called to inquire about a vehicle until I was driving off the lot. He was helpful and courteous from the time I called to inquire about a vehicle until I was driving off the lot. More
