I needed several items on my Touareg such as an oil change, wiper blades, filters and new hvac blower. Tammy got me scheduled right away and was very nice to work with. She even helped on pricing as it change, wiper blades, filters and new hvac blower. Tammy got me scheduled right away and was very nice to work with. It seems like a small gesture, but with busy schedules it is appreciated to have that personal reminder. I have a 2000 VW Jetta, my 16 year old son rear ended someone. I was referred to Beechmont VW for their body shop since they are VW certified. At first the insurance company said they would cover the rep someone. I was referred to Beechmont VW for their body shop since they are VW certified. At first the insurance company said they would cover the repair,this was with an eyes only assessment,the hood wouldn't open. After further assessment the repair estimate increased with more damage discovered. The insurance company said"No,too much for this age of vehicle". John Kirker who had been overseeing my cars repair went to bat for me & my car! He pointed out that I was the original owner, had all my maintenance records,the car had new tires,windshield wipers,& battery. He let the insurance company understand that this was not a typical Jetta of 13 years of age. Long story short, John Kirker got the job done & very well. I can honestly state that I do not think many Shop Managers would take a personal interest & invest the time & effort that he did. John took a huge problem for me & made it disappear. He was kind, understanding, professional, and timely during the entire process. The work done on my car is beautiful! The Tornado red paint matches perfectly & reds are very difficult. Sadie, yes I'm one of those, the car has a name, is once again her true beautiful self ready to serve our transportation needs. Thank You John Kirker for saving Sadie & enabling me to provide my son with a reliable consistent friend to take him where he needs to go! More

Before going to Beechmont VW I had talked to other customers, as well as, called other dealerships. I recently purchased a 2007 Passat and had never been to Beechmont VW for service. The service repr customers, as well as, called other dealerships. I recently purchased a 2007 Passat and had never been to Beechmont VW for service. The service representative was very helpful and gave detailed explanations to my questions during our conversation over the phone. When I arrived for my appointment, Tammy Hartman greeted me with a friendly smile and introduced herself. Tammy told me exactly what services I would receive, as she had told me by telephone. She escorted me to the customers' lounge and made me comfortable. My service was very lengthy and from time to time she checked on me to ensure that I was comfortable and updated my vehicle's service. When my service was complete, Tammy explained what was performed, reviewed my bill with me and escorted me to the cashier. The cashier was very nice; I do not remember her name. Tammy escorted me to my Passat and thanked me for allowing Beechmont VW to service my vehicle. I will return to Beechmont VW for services. I will recommend Beechmont VW to others. Harolyn Walker More
If I was not satisfied with the service at Beechmont I would go to Fairfield it is much closer since I live in Indiana. Matt is the only reason I come to Beechmont because of his friendly personality and would go to Fairfield it is much closer since I live in Indiana. Though I know I could have taken my certified 2008 VW Jetta GLI to Kings VW (which is about a mile from my home), I've chosen to always go back to Beechmont VW (which is about 25 miles from my home - one way). As long as they all keep up with the Great customer relationship, I will continue to travel the distance. More
