After determining that I had an appointment, I was asked to go on to the waiting room rather than stand and wait while she finished with another customer. When she came to talk with me, she had already been to my vehicle. We discussed what they would do and I had a chance to show her a couple of us concerns. They were addressed quickly. friendly, but slow on paperwork I feel it took two hours for the deal to be complete, after I okayed the price!!!
