stress-free service In for my 10k service, including an oil change, and tire rotation. He remembered me from 12 months ago when I'd brought the car back in to remove a dried substance from the windshield (Glue?). Not bad at all. I have only one area of concern about the facility itself, and not the crew. That is the restroom nearest the customer waiting lounge. It's a public toilet with one "facility" in it . customers and employees were in and out; one at a time. Man. Woman. I could imagine most guys missing the mark, and women wondering who left the seat up! Separate facilities and room for more than one at a time, please. BTW, the service tech is to be congratulated for taking the time to thoroughly answer my tech questions . Nicely done More
