It was a long day. The sales person, Mark Breetz was very helpful and stress didn't get to him. Mark help me and my wife get what we wanted. I also got from Toyota Beechmont a $1,000 offer to buy back my Rav-4, but at the end of the day it was worth nothing. The $1,000 where never used or applied. When I began my option to trade I was looking for a Rav-4 in Black and the vendor got it for me but at the end of the day I didn't buy it because the option for the door locks to close when shifting the vehicle from park to drive was not available. I do have a recomendation: For the Rav-4 low bases prices. The option where the doors lock close when the vehicle is shift from park to drive should be available. Safety is a concern of all people. This is the reason why I trade in My 2010 Rav-4. When a brought that vehicle in 2010 the sales person told me that option was available. More
