The customer service from beginning to end of the sales process was extraordinary. We spoke a few times with the sales team at Beechmont Toyota before coming into the dealership and every conversation was process was extraordinary. This sales team went above and beyond our expectations. When we bought our vehicle we noticed a few minor things wrong which we knew was part of the used car buying process. We mentioned our concerns and Beechmont Toyota offered to come to our home to pick up the vehicle and leave us a rental to fix the minor issues. This describes excellent customer service. Most dealerships would have backed off after the sale had been completed and this is what sets Beechmont Toyota apart from the rest. We will definitely be loyal customers for a long time and plan to buy future vehicles from this dealership. More

I brought my car to Beechmont Toyota for a warranty covered corrosion inspection after the inspection they tried to sell me over $600.00 worth of services. On top of all of that they had driven my car over 40 miles during the three days they had it burning my fuel. More

i went to beechmont toyota for two reasons i wanted a toyota and mr wagner from whom i have purchased vehicles in tha past. this dealership is a very nice facility and takes care of business which is wha toyota and mr wagner from whom i have purchased vehicles in tha past. this dealership is a very nice facility and takes care of business which is what i wanted. they met tha other lower price for the vehicle i wanted. i like to decide ahead of time what vehicle i want and than order or let them bring one i want . i tend to be very specific in what i want and am willing to wait for what i want. I purchased a 2009 Toyota, Camry Hybrid from Beechmont Toyota and Mark Wagner! When I walked on the lot my intent was to purchase a Camry but had no interest in the Hybrid, I am so very glad I went with Toyota and Mark Wagner! My fuel consumption in my old car was crazy high, I would spend about $240 per month on gas, now I spend just $120!! My sister lives out of state and before it would take 3 tanks of gas to go and see her now it is just 1 & 1/2! If Mark Wagner han't told me all of the positives with the Hybrid I never would have considered it. I am very pleased with the time he took to help me with my purchase, I drove 4 different Camry's that day, I LOVE MY CAR!! Thanks Mark! More
The salesman was excellent, service dept is ok, but one time a woman in the service dept was extreemly rude when I stopped for a for a problem with the glovebox.
