My experience with Beechmont Toyota was very good. This is my first new car purchase and I was very apprehensive. I worked with Pete my first visit. He was very accommodating to my needs and made me feel is my first new car purchase and I was very apprehensive. I worked with Pete my first visit. He was very accommodating to my needs and made me feel comfortable. After leaving, he called me twice to ask if he could be of further help. I realize this is most likely sales protocol but it was appreciated and encouraged me in my search for a new car. When I returned to Beechmont Toyota, Pete continued to work with me. Again, he answered all my questions and requests. I did not feel pressured or rushed by him at all. Near the end of negotiations as I was making a final decision, I did feel a bit pressured by management but that is probably just the way it is and for me, this was a HUGE commitment. I felt everything was well explained both during and after the buying process. Pete's attentiveness (including the sign of congratulations on my car :-) ), Glenn's patient, thorough explanations and a final "thank you" from management for my business all made for a very positive experience. I especially appreciated all of Pete's efforts to get my old car and my Rav home that night. I truly feel that my business was appreciated and I would (and already have) recommended Beechmont Toyota to others. The only suggestion I would have concerns customer acknowledgment when you first come in the showroom. Both times, after being there about 10 minutes, I had to seek someone out for assistance. Someone less determined might have just moved on. Finally, I love my Rav 4!!! There is nothing I would change about it and plan to drive it for many years. Thank you! More
