Service call was awesome. I did not have an appointment but they got me in and out without a hitch. Waiting room had wireless so I could work, great coffee, lots of room and a nice big TV to watch news wh but they got me in and out without a hitch. Service work for scheduled maintenance was not done properly. Air in the tires was not put in according to manufacturer's recommendation, even after I told Nick the exact amount of air to put in. Fluids not added as they should be, for example windshield wiper fluid. On one occasion I came in with NO windshield wiper fluid and left with none. They marked it on the paper as being OK. The maintenance required light was on even after service. Nick was grumpy and never smiled once. He said it was almost end of day and was not happy about helping me. The first time I had Nick I noticed scratches on my new car after maintenance and he took a rag and wiped them. It didn't fix it all but he walked away. The last time I had Nick he was unfriendly from start to finish. He said the guy who serviced my car for scheduled maintenance was new, but when I called the service manager the next day I was told he'd been there for months. I could go on and on -- I am not the only one with these experiences. The service manager gave me a free oil change for next time and suggested I avoid the days that Nick is on duty! He works on Sundays currently, but that could change by the time I post this. More

Mark went out of his way to find a bracket for the plate and is having it installed on my car. I felt very comfortable with this dealership and would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family looking for a car. More

It was a wonderful experience working with Beechmont Toyota. I was looking for used Sienna and happened to see their internet ad. After making an appointment with Adam Lester, I was at the store to take Toyota. I was looking for used Sienna and happened to see their internet ad. After making an appointment with Adam Lester, I was at the store to take a look at the Vehicle. We got a very warm welcome and Adam made us very comfortable. Adam was pretty quick to show us the car and left the keys with us to take a detailed look as he was handling another customer(I reached a little early for my appointment ;)). After couple of minutes Adam helped me with the test drive and I was pretty much sure that I wanted to drive the car back home. There we go at the negotiation table, and we soon reached a fair price and thing got rolling quicker than I thought. Alas! The deal was done and I signed all the paper work and the loan was approved in no time!!! Next problem, how will I drive 2 cars back home cos my wife doesn't drive? I had this question for Adam and mentioned that I will probably pick up the car the next day, Well the very next moment the Business manager offered us to drive the vehicle to our home!!! I couldn't believe my ears and what surprised me was he was so quick to offer this to me. I was floored with their customer service and they drove the new vehicle back to me home, handed over the keys and I bid good night to Adam Lester & his co-worker! Eventhough I felt that I didn't get a very good price (lower than the KBB though), I was floored with their customer service and willingness to take the business forward. Also another point to be noted is that Adam Lester was working beyond his normal working hours to help us with the sale and driving the vehicle to home! Truly high class customer service! I am glad that I visited Beechmont Toyota and I will definitely recommend this store to my friends!! The dealership is fairly new so it was a welcoming place. We had worked with Paul previously so we were comfortable with our introduction. Paul is a very welcoming person and puts people at ease. Very polite and you sense he is not doing it out of "I gotta make this sale," he's a genuinely pleasnt person. We test drove a few vehicles and felt no pressure to buy. We liked the car but wanted to test drive a competitors vehicle. Paul and the sales manager were gracious and understanding. Truthfully, we were hoping we didn't like the competitors car so we could do business with Paul and Beechmont Toyota. And fortuneately it worked out that way. We went back the same day test drove a upgraded model that we liked and decided that was the one we wanted. We said our farewells and told Paul we would be back next day to make the deal. As with any purchase there was negotiation and once agin Paul handled it with professionally and did not pressure us. We came to a fair price and purchased a Highlander. Paul continued to be deligent through the finanacing, car prep and explaining the vehicles making us always feel he truly cared about us. Obviously, we would highly recommend Beechmont Toyota.
