Initially, the service team said it was incompatible, then later confirmed it was. Based on this, I paid $730 for installation as part of my purchase contract. After one and a half months with no updates, I followed up—only to learn they had forgotten to order it. When they finally did, I dropped off my car for installation. That evening, the sales manager called, admitting the dash cam was actually not compatible despite previous assurances. He offered an “upgrade” to a better aftermarket option. Trusting their word, I proceeded—only to discover they installed a cheap, $30 dash cam that couldn’t connect to my phone. Worse, they left a hole behind the rearview mirror, drove my car 60 miles, and caused paint peeling on the hatch. When I confronted them, they removed the dash cam but again drove my car 60 miles and left a black stain on the roof. I later visited for a water accumulation issue between the window and door panel. The service advisor dismissed my concern outright, making me feel uncomfortable for requesting an inspection report. A manager then spoke to me rudely, saying, "If you're unhappy, talk to the sales manager," before bragging about owning 22 Toyotas and claiming “every Toyota does that.” To make matters worse, when returning my car, they left plastic seat covers, paper floor mats, and tags inside, showing a careless and disrespectful attitude toward customers. This is my second review, yet despite past assurances of better service, nothing has changed. Buying from Beechmont Toyota has been more of a burden than a positive experience. Customers deserve better. More
Deceptive Practices, Poor Service, and Lack of Professionalism at Beechmont Toyota When I purchased my 2025 RAV4, one of my conditions was to have a dash cam installed. The salesperson contacte Professionalism at Beechmont Toyota When I purchased my 2025 RAV4, one of my conditions was to have a dash cam installed. The salesperson contacted the service department regarding Toyota’s 360° dash cam, which I specifically requested. Initially, the service team said it was not compatible with my vehicle. Later, after further communication, they confirmed that the integrated dash cam was compatible. Based on this confirmation, I agreed to proceed and paid $730 (including installation) for the integrated dash cam as part of the vehicle purchase contract. However, one and a half months passed with no communication from the dealership regarding the installation. When I followed up, I was told they had simply forgotten to order it. After finally placing the order, they contacted me to say the dash cam had arrived and asked me to drop off my car for installation. That evening, I received a call from the sales manager informing me that the integrated dash cam was actually not compatible—despite prior confirmation from both the salesperson and the service department, and despite it being in the contract. He then offered to install a better aftermarket dash cam and assured me that the service department would provide full details. I trusted their judgment and scheduled an appointment. When I dropped off my car, the service department provided no information about the dash cam—only repeating what the sales manager had said. I was told to expect same-day service, but my car was returned the next day. To my shock, I discovered they had installed a low-quality dash cam that I later found on Amazon for just $30. Even worse, the dash cam could not connect to my phone using the recommended app. Additionally, a large hole had been left behind the rearview mirror from the installation, the car had been driven 60 miles, and I noticed paint peeling off the hatch below the RAV4 badge. I immediately informed them and showed the service team the paint damage, the hole near the rearview mirror, and the poor quality of the dash cam. I was given another appointment. When I returned, a different service advisor argued with me about whether the paint damage was covered under warranty. He also told me that if I still wanted the Toyota integrated dash cam, it would cost an additional $5,000 because it required installing a digital rearview mirror. They then removed the dash cam—and once again drove the car 60 miles. To make matters worse, they left a large black stain on the roof of my car during the process and never bothered to clean it. I recently brought in my car to have an issue checked regarding water accumulation between the window and door panel. The person who was supposed to assist me never showed up. Instead, a lady came to help. I showed her the issue, and she immediately dismissed it, saying it was "normal." When I asked for an inspection report, her reaction made me feel as though I had done something wrong. Her demeanor was unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable—as if requesting documentation was an unreasonable demand. She told me to wait 30 minutes for the report. After that time passed, she miscalled me, and I stepped out of the lobby to ask if she was looking for me. At that point, a man standing at her desk—who I later learned was the manager—spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner. Without introducing himself, he said, "If you're unhappy with the car, talk to the sales manager. He'll give you a number." He then claimed he owns 22 Toyotas and that “every Toyota does that,“ completely dismissing my concern. While this issue may be considered "normal," I’ve never had such an experience before. I’m incredibly frustrated and feel that purchasing a car from Beechmont Toyota has become more of a burden than a positive experience. More

Either they loosely torqued/gasket not changed on plug/overtorqued - stripped oil drain plug . My driveway is ruined. And ‘service rep ‘ synthetic blend is full synthetic, it’s not, it’s half synthetic - turns black regardless (burns the conventional oil portion. If a tech can’t properly tighten a drain plug properly with new gasket and if oil pan needs changed , we’re all in trouble. Tires seem alright though. I refuse to even walk into the service department because they think all customers are chumps that throw out money for nothing. Because of this I am not confident of their service for Brakes . Ps full synthetic does not burn. I am not confident of their service and customer service. I don’t trust them at all for any service in regards to vehicle safety standards - especially brakes. I don’t even want them to try and clean the mess on my driveway it had caused. I was formerly ASE certified until I changed my career. Trust me there is a gag about doing this to customers to get them back in. That’s not safe. In fact can be illegal. More

Took my 2021 Highlander Platinum in for the 20k Factory as well as a remove/replace drivers side rear mud flat due to a blow out of left rear tire. Dropped off at 11:00 am per scheduled appointment. Never as well as a remove/replace drivers side rear mud flat due to a blow out of left rear tire. Dropped off at 11:00 am per scheduled appointment. Never heard anything back. I called 4 times to get an update and never spoke to an individual. I was routed to voicemail every time and never received a call back. At 5:30pm, I decided to have my husband take me up to Beechmont Toyota to check on the status of my vehicle as they close at 6:00pm. They hadn’t done anything to my vehicle and said they tried to contact me…My husband requested they call my ph # while I was standing there and it came through to my phone immediately. Not sure what’s up with the Service Dept at Beechmont Toyota as I’ve always had great service with them. At this point, I’ll not be returning. More

We got a great deal during a tough time to purchase with shortage of new cars. I normally don't write reviews, but these people are exceptional. Our salesman was Andy and he treated us like family! NO PRESSURE from anyone! The finance guy, Randy was very nice, easy to work with and very professional. Again, I must give a big shout out to Andy for being so considerate, helpful & knowledgeable to make a major purchase for us just flat out enjoyable!!! More
Your salesman Paul McGreevy was phenomenal to us. He went above and beyond to earn our business. We were able to make a deal last week because of Paul. I am however disappointed in Beechmont Toyotas He went above and beyond to earn our business. We were able to make a deal last week because of Paul. I am however disappointed in Beechmont Toyotas operation of selling cars with low fuel lights on and showing an unwillingness to put the required fuel type in them upon delivery as a customer service. A customers first stop after purchasing a car shouldn’t be straight to the gas station and hope they make it. More
