Good deal, fast service, no pressure After my vehicle was totaled in an accident, I needed to find a new car fast. After some online research I found a nice used Volvo at Beechmont Subaru. The next day I called to make sure it was still on the lot and scheduled a visit to check it out. When I arrived I met Mike Amshoff, who was very friendly. The Volvo was clean and ready to go. I quickly decided this was the car for me. Drove down 8 mile to the river, then back up Asbury and back to the lot to fill out paperwork. Mike worked with me on the price and I feel I got a great deal. Paperwork was pretty quick and as painless as it could be. I went with the extended service plan and tire protection. I told Mike that we were interested in a Volvo SUV for my wife - within just a few days he emailed me about one that showed up on their lot. That vehicle didn't end up being a good fit, but I appreciate that Mike was looking out for me. Bottom line - this was the best car buying experience I've had and I would be very happy to give Mike more business if the right vehicle pops up. More

This vehicle passed their inspection but I still had some concerns. I asked about having a private inspection and not only did they agree but they brought the car to my mechanic 30 minutes away. From start to finish we worked with Todd, who was really easy going, answered all of our questions, was patient, and just really pleasant to work with. Of course I get that a salesman's job is to make a sale, but we didn't feel pressured in the least, which made the whole process relaxed. We love the new vehicle and are so thankful we got to work with Todd. More

Sold on Subaru After weeks of researching cars, the Subaru stood out as the type of car that was perfect for me. Initially, I looked at the Outback and Forester. How After weeks of researching cars, the Subaru stood out as the type of car that was perfect for me. Initially, I looked at the Outback and Forester. However, when I spotted a gray 2011 Subaru Legacy in the lot at Beechmont Subaru, I thought "THAT is the one." My father and I took it for a test drive with Sales Rep Tom Friesen and I was so impressed. Tom went over all of the Legacy's features and within a day's time, I signed all the papers and took that sweet Subaru home. I love my Legacy, how it drives and everything else between the Bluetooth to the moonroof. I am also referring friends and family Tom...he was great to work with, was very patient and it was nice that he has followed up to make sure I am happy with my purchase. When I returned just last weekend to get plates put the car, Tom put a bracket around the front plate because he said he didn't want me to cut my hand on the edge of the plate when I wash the front of the car. That was a very thoughtful thing to do. And trust me, that would be something I would do... I am constantly taking a soft cloth to clean off fingerprints or anything that takes the shine away from my Subaru. I highly recommend Subaru and Beechmont Subaru. And I am thankful that I get to enjoy every second driving my used--but new to me--Subaru Legacy! More
