Unusual circumstances but extraordinary service! Mike Amshoff went over and beyond in terms of service! We were able to negotiate a price I was very happy with for my used Mazda2. Shortly after taking the car home one of my tires had a flat and given I hadn't even driven it out of my own parking lot once, I called Mike to inquire about my wheels. As it turned out the flat needed to be repaired and he worked with his manager to help fix the tires the best of his ability. I couldn't be happier with the service and I absolutely love my new car. He took the time out of his day to personally help me with my flat and the dealership compensated me for replacing the tire. Overall incredibly satisfied with the service and would highly recommend to future car buyers! More
