But he directed me to sites that did a much better job of estimating a trade in price and it was right in the range he mentioned. Car had to be ordered and Tom kept me updated periodically and had the car available pretty much on time. The getting in and out was efficiently managed (< 2 hrs) at my convenience. I would definitely recommend Tom and Beechmont Subaru. More

I felt a little like I was in the twilight zone, but for a good reason. These folks seemed like fair people instead of people plotting an ambush like most car lots make you feel. I was on a time constraint as I had a birthday dinner reservation almost 2 hours away (yes, I drove that far to purchase a vehicle from their lot) and Dave as well as the finance manager made sure that I made my dinner on time driving a new vehicle as well. It was a good experience ! Even though took us a week to get them at a price we wanted. They also didn't divulge that the vehicle has a pretty good sized dent in the hood, whi ! And when confronted them was not taken seriously. When we looked at vehicle was covered in snow and was unable,to see dent ourselves. But overall Dave Smith was very nice to work with. Just wish the other was handled differently. It was after the fact vehicle was purchased and went to get in car that noticed large dent in hood. More

I've purchased two Subarus through Todd Gray, who I highly recommend. Todd is a very friendly down to earth guy. I never felt pressured and Todd did a great job of walking me through every detail. I've had several oil changes performed as well and the service department is always able to get me in right away. Much better than my experiences in Indy and I will gladly drive to Beechmont for future purchases. More
