Felt like classic bait and switch, I walked away form deal. This is a management and dealership problem, sales staff just follow rules. Tired of the hassle. I scheduled the test drive, got pricing, negotiated through their online sales division. All I had to do was show up! The test drive vehicle was ready and it had all the features I had asked for. There was no pressure through the process. We agreed on a price and a pick up date and time; when we showed up to pick up the vehicle, the paperwork and vehicle were ready. The paperwork took minimal time and then we were walked through the vehicle's features. Highly recommend. More

Anees was a wonderful salesman, he was attentive and friendly and found a way to have my vehicle delivered so that I did not have to find a way out to Cincinnati to pick it up. Dealership as a whole, was attentive, they got back with me right away, the financing office wasn't pushy at all with warranties and very friendly. The last vehicle to drive was the winner! The Subaru Outback is a smooth ride, with very beautiful leather interior (the nicest interior of any ), and all the things that I wanted without adding too many additional packages .Lyndsey contacted me via the internet and set me up with Anees. Anees was my salesperson, and after a quick test drive, I was pretty sure that this was the car for me. Anees helped make it mine without pain or smoke screens. and did an excellent job of explaining all the bells and whistles, he even set up my phone (yeah!).
