When I called in to schedule my first regular scheduled maintenance visit, Daze Herzner was assigned as my Service Advisor some 45,000 miles ago and I have worked with him since. Dave goes above and beyond maintenance visit, Daze Herzner was assigned as my Service Advisor some 45,000 miles ago and I have worked with him since. Dave goes above and beyond to provide me personalized service that works around my school and work schedule and allows me to get in and out and on my way. Anytime I have questions or service issues that arise I know that Dave is only a phone call away and that my service work will be taken care of in a timely manner. For anyone who has experienced car troubles knows that it is a very hectic, stressful and inconvenient time, but working with Dave Herzner and Beechmont Ford I know that myself and my vehicle will be taken care of. I have recommended Dave to many of my family members and friends because I know that he will provide them with the same great service that he provides me. Thank you Dave for all the great service and personalized care you have provided to my family, friends and myself over the years! More
Service Advisor got me in and out the door when I needed the vehicle for work purposes. He kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle (I am in snow removal.) I got my truck back exactly when he said it would be done every time and he has even driven me home when there was not a car available. The friendliness is amazing, you have a great staff. Dave the service advisor that I deal with every time. Used his lunch brake to drop me off at home so I would not have to wait. Impressed. Work done on the truck has been amazing. Everything done right the first time. Pretty shur all the credit for repairs would go to Fugi. Not just did he get it done fast but he did it right. Therefore, I am plowing again :) I am very happy with the work, service, friendliness, working with my schedule, keeping me up to date, and quality of work. Two thumbs up Price could be a bit more reasonable. Yet, with employees like Dave and Fugi I am willing to pay it. Could not be happier and hope to see these guys in the future to come. My 2007 Ford Fusion was making a squeaking noise and I was sure I was going to need a major part replaced, but I took my car to Beechmont Ford (where I get my oil changed and just bought 4 new tires) and was sure I was going to need a major part replaced, but I took my car to Beechmont Ford (where I get my oil changed and just bought 4 new tires) and they test drove it and looked under the car and determined the noise is coming from a ball joint and it just isn't greased as well as it should be. They gave me an estimate on what it would cost to replace should I choose to replace it, but they assured me that the noise is just that, a noise and there is no safety hazard to my vehicle and no parts needed to be replaced unless I wanted to replace them just to get rid of the noise. Most car repair places you go to are all gloom and doom and you know you are going to spend a fortune, but it meant a lot to me to have them check out my car and assure me that I was in no danger with my car and that it was not necessary to replace anything. I will continue taking my car to Beechmont Ford because they have fair prices for service, usually less expensive than the other repair shops (I shop around for estimates), and they are honest. As a single woman, I am always wary of being taken advantage of because I don't know much about cars, and I feel confident that I am not getting overcharged or unnecessary work done at Beechmont Ford. More
My wife and I both drive Fords and had become dis-satisfied with the service at the dealer that was only a mile and a half from our house. We had been going there for 10 years but no longer trust dis-satisfied with the service at the dealer that was only a mile and a half from our house. We had been going there for 10 years but no longer trusted the service dept. When we bought a new Escape in March, our son recommended Beechmont Ford. At that time I talked to Dave Herzner in the service dept. about also trying them for the service on my 2003 F-350. All I have to say about Dave is that he has been fantastic. Our service has always been done correctly and done on time every time we have been there. If we have any questions or concerns Dave has always addressed them to our complete satisfaction. I feel that Beechmont Ford is very lucky to have a person of Dave's caliber taking care of their customers. In this economy I know from working in retail it is important to take care of every customer in order to keep them. If every employee in the service dept. is as conscientious as Dave to the needs of the cuscomer Beechmont Ford will never have a problem with their service department. If our previous dealer had people like Dave we would still be going there for our service. More

the service was good, i feel they did a good job fixing my truck and they helped with a rental car. The only issue that was problematic was the fact they went thru 5 radiators before they got one that wor my truck and they helped with a rental car. Service was professional, timely, and courteous I never for a moment believed I was being sold a "Bill-of-goods". Previous with experience with Dick Barrick has been beyond outstanding.
