We had an appointment for service at 9:45...our truck was in on time and returned to us in an hour. Job completed. Dave was so very nice and made sure we didn't have to wait longer than necessary. The reason that our family has rated Beechmont Ford with all 5's is partly because of Dave Herzner. He is always the first to greet us with a smile or laugh whenever we come in the shop for service, and als all 5's is partly because of Dave Herzner. I've had prior experience with the Beechmont Ford Body Shop. I've been very pleased with the service, quality and friendliness of staff. Each time that I've had to utilize the Beechmont Ford Body Shop - Shop. I've been very pleased with the service, quality and friendliness of staff. Each time that I've had to utilize the Beechmont Ford Body Shop - Tony Stehlin has been assigned to my vehicle. The rating has been the same each time due to his performance and concern to detail. One doesn't hope to have to return to the Body Shop, but I do know that the only reason I would have to return is due to an unfortunate accident or repair necessary on my vehicle(s). More
In November of 2010 our car was brought to Beechmont Ford body shop under the direction of our insurance company for repair after a collision with a deer. When we arrived very upset with our circumstances, we were met by Mr. Tony Stehlin who said "good morning, Mr. and Mrs. Peterson and welcome to Beechmont Ford. Would you like a soft drink or a cup of coffee?" At that point we began to relax. Shortly thereafter, a rental car arrived and when Tony was finished with the paperwork, we proceeded to Florida, very apprehensive about the situation. Tony then did something we consider to be very rare today-he did what he said he would do. Without exception, he called exactly when he said he would, he gave us details of the work in progress, and he told us when he would call us again. In short, we found that we could rely on Tony to keep us informed, which reduced our apprehension to zero. We arrived back at Beechmont at the appointed time, the car was ready, and he arranged for us to transfer luggage inside out of the cold. How can you beat that! The body work was excellent and we have had no problems since picking the car up. For these reasons we have given the dealership all ratings of 5. More
I enjoyed working with Gene, he was very nice and took very good care of me. The dealership made sure that I was dropped off at work and picked up after my vehicle was serviced.
