Called me to apologize for the bad service and promised me a gift card - never received it but was not surprised - they were just blowing smoke. Take it from me - first don't buy a Ford and second if you must buy a Ford , pick another dealer - any other dealer these people are looking to take advantage of you. Never go there for service unless you want to pay for parts you don't need. More

Aftet speaking with the General Manager, Fugi gave me a call , Straightened out the whole mess. My car is in top shape. With a couple of added plus"s for my inconvenience. I was never dealing with these guys again. But now i can truly say these guys at BEECHMONT FORD. Definitely focus on the customer"s and their automotive needs. Thanks Fugi. See ya when i need my oil changed or anything for that matter.. More
Service department should be called sales department Took my Explorer there for service, had a laundry list of items to fix. They called 3-4 days later to let me know they took care of 1 of the items, bu Took my Explorer there for service, had a laundry list of items to fix. They called 3-4 days later to let me know they took care of 1 of the items, but everything else total was going to be over $700 to fix. This vehicle is a CPO and has the extended warranty. Covered by 2 warranties, and Beechmont said nothing was covered on my 1 week old vehicle. Had to get Ford Corporate involved and they eventually sorted it out, I still had to pay a $100 deductible, I gladly paid it to take my vehicle and never return. Have owned the thin 4 weeks now and it has been in the shop at another dealer for 18 of my 32 days of ownership. The day I get it back I'm going to trade it on a Toyota. I'll get hosed on the trade and tax, but I'll gladly take a $5,000 punch in the guy to get rid of Ford forever. More

The same thing happened to the other side of my Flex last year. 32 Ford was opened then and they fixed it for free and said that it was the manufacture's fault and it shouldn't happen. I wonder if Beechmont Ford charged the manufacture and me too? So should I ever buy another Ford? Should I ever go to Beechmont Ford to buy a car or get service? Really what would you do? When I talked with the cashier she said "it is something you should bring up with Ford because its obviously a poor product." I guess she answered at least one of my questions if not both. At least she was honest! More

I purchased a 2006 Ford 500 five years ago from Beechmont Ford and I have all my service work done here. One of the main reasons I maintain this relationship is the concern and attention to detail that Dave Ford and I have all my service work done here. Bought a used Flex from an out of town dealer since Beechmont Ford did not have what I was looking for. They have gone above and beyond to take care of me.
