In late August beechmont ford "fixed" a recall on the toe link and we purchased and had them install 4 new tires on our Explorer. A month later during our scheduled oil change and tire rotation they convinc link and we purchased and had them install 4 new tires on our Explorer. A month later during our scheduled oil change and tire rotation they convinced my wife that the tires were wearing dangerously and she needed two new tires which we had just purchased at the time of the recall repair back in August. The manager denied the issue was related to the toe link and told my wife that this part of the car "isn't even related to how the tires wear". He convinced her that it was her falt since she didn't have the tires balanced by them at the time of installation. Fast forward to November, less than 4 months after the recall work and 1 months after the visit where we purchased 2 new tires, we scheduled the car for service due to the driver side rear tire was clearly leaning and making a dragging noise. We clearly stated that this has been an ongoing issue since the recall work back in August. On this visit the "tech" said there was nothing wrong with it and that it was still "in specs". Instead, he found the 3 other issues with the brake system and a seal that "may" be leaking and needs to be replaced and the noise was "probably" from a wheel bearing that "could be going bad" and we should have it replaced as soon as possible. My issue is that we had the car in for an issue with the rear driver side tire and the tech said there was nothing wrong there but here is a list of issues we found probably hoping they could con my wife into doing work that wasn't needed and not correcting the real issue that they caused. This time I went with my wife to hear for myself the explanation from the service department. After hearing the diagnosis from the secretary, I asked for the manager. I met with the manager and was told a pack of lies (he should be a used car salesman not a manager) trying to cover up what his tech and secretary tried to sell us as the issue and not their incompetency. After the manager tried to say the leaning tire was normal, then moved to blame the leaning tire and dragging noise on the front brakes, he finally realized I wasn't buying his lies he finally agreed to have a different tech look at the toe link and rear driver side tire. ....... That evening the secretary called me and stated it was finished and ready for pick up. She said, the second tech concluded, that "the toe link was in spec, but he adjusted it and made it MORE IN SPEC" (xxx does that mean) and that the tire is no longer leaning since he adjusted it. When my wife picked up the car, they told her it was fixed but we still had to pay the diagnostic fee since they had two techs look at it and that the issue of the leaning tire wasn't an issue because it was in "spec" even though after he "made it more in spec" it was fixed. They told my wife that the tire doesn't lean and the dragging noise is gone but they can't explain what caused the leaning tire and the noise, but they assured us that it wasn't because of the toe link that they installed and now re-adjusted. (I wish I went with her to see if they tried to lie to me or in their eyes was she just an easy target to discriminate against with their lies.) This manager straight up lies and manipulates customers into believing that they need to do work that isn't necessary or to cover up their shotty work. Because of their incompetence and lies to cover their shotty work we had to purchase new tires and return to them for service several times wasting our time and shop fees not to mention the unnecessary work they tried to con us into paying for. More

This dealership is nothing but awful. Their current labor rate is $165 for a Ford dealership?? Had an oil leak on my 2012 escape which I was told by my friend was coming from the oil pan, Their current labor rate is $165 for a Ford dealership?? Had an oil leak on my 2012 escape which I was told by my friend was coming from the oil pan, valve cover and timing cover..Charged me the hour of labor just to shine a flashlight for 10 minutes to tell me what I already knew then quoted me $2500 to fix everything. Mixed in a 1/2 quart of lucas oil stop leak on an oil change and haven't had a problem since. Their new models have so many issues which is why they cant sell anything, This dealership will run you dry. AVOID!! More

Took my Ford Edge to be serviced. I thought I’d surely get thorough service taking it to a Ford Service Ctr. Wrong!! I gave Robert a list of things to check and I saw him add them to the order, ie: tires, flapping noise, check engine light, front tire noise, wiper blades replaced. (Plus the reason the car was being serviced..low oil pressure) I guess 2 out of 6 isn’t bad! Noises remain, tires replaced 2 days later at tire discounters, check engine light remains on, I called David Godbey- GM three times left msg, no return call and I left 2 messages for Ryan Garrett Service Mgr and also no response. This first time customer will never return. It seems this dealership has plenty of business and isn’t interested in adding new business. It’s evident the GM lacks the desire and professionalism to provide excellent service to paying customers, and his Service Mgr is just as bad. “If your vehicle needs routine maintenance you can trust the experts at Beechmont Ford”. I sure would have appreciated the expert to at least check my concerns and report back what they found. I asked Robert, “what about all my other concerns?” He looked at the papers and not one thing was noted, so I guess we were to assume no issues were found. Beechmont Fords “experts” could have made a lot more money that day and provided this customer with the knowledge my vehicle was well maintained and safe to drive. However, I left with the same concerns and gave my business and money to another business. I would think if you’re going to advertise and claim you provide routine service maintenance and repairs, and the customers can trust the experts, I’d say it’s a good idea to actually do it!! Where’s the experts? Where’s the customer service? Where’s the maintenance and repairs? A big thank you to Robert. He was friendly, helpful and noted all my concerns. It’s a shame no one took the time to do anything about them! Never Again Beechmont Ford. If my concerns were not important to you, I guess my money and return business isn’t either. More
Had my Escape towed to Beechmont Ford with oil showing over a quart over filled. They said it was a water pump failure. I asked for old pump. 2 days after I picked it up checked oil level while gassing up over a quart over filled. They said it was a water pump failure. Immediately drove my car to the nearest Ford Dealership where it was checked out and yes the oil was still overfilled by at least a quart. Will never trust or take any other vehicle to Beechmont Ford as it seems like, as you can read above, they are not ever to be trusted. Have never been treated so poorly in the 40 years I have been driving as I was at Beechmont ford. More
Made an appointment online and received the confirmation email. When I showed up at my confirmed time I was told they had no appointment on record. I left a message for the service manager that day to discuss my issue but have not received a return call several days later. I bought my truck from this dealership and have had most of my service done here despite it being 30 minutes from my home. This is my second bad experience with this department and I don't plan on returning for a third. More
I was sold a brand new truck here at Beechmont Ford. They placed a 15.5% interest rate on my account and I found later that 2% rate loans were available at competitive lenders. They purposely ripped me off as I had over a 700plus credit score. They conveniently run through you signing you vehicle documents so that you don’t catch the high rate interest rate you get stuck with. They overcharged me on the sale price also. It appears the person who handled my purchase is a sneaky crafty crook. I found the rate documents after the purchase when this guy quoted me a 6.9% rate. This was horrible. Run don’t walk from this dealership to purchase your new vehicle. More
