Just wanted to put a review for the service department and specifically for Mike. I have had several service issues with my 2008 F150. Nothing major, as I feel it is a great truck, but everytime I have brought my truck to Beechmont Ford, I have always been met with respect and good service. Mike has been excellent at staying in touch with me and letting me know what repairs needed to be done. My parents and friends have all purchased cars from Beechmont Ford, and I feel it is because of the customer service that we all recieved from all areas of their business. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know. More

The parts department people are very helpful when I need a hard to find part. They will also fax parts diagrams to me for review in order to help locate the correct part before ordering. dave has been amazing in every aspect of his job. Everytime I need my car serviced he is very prompt on scheduling my car to get in according to my schedule. I purchased an F150 in August 2003 from Beechmont Ford. I have taken the truck to them for all service needs. Dave has been there from the beginning and remembers me and my truck every time I come in. I have taken the truck to them for all service needs. He has even had someone drive me to a local restaurant for lunch. I have never had an issue with the work done on the truck. I know it is being done correctly the first time. Initially I was worried about the pricing after all a dealer has to be more expensive right? That has not been the case, everything I have had done has been competitively priced. More

Every time I'm in Beechmont Ford, Dave Herzner goes above and beyond to help me with my car problems.. Over the past 5 years of having my car anytime I come in there he is right there at his desk ready and w and beyond to help me with my car problems..
