Everything was fine and my price was met. We had a problem with the cell phone system but that has been resolved. It took several visits but the service department finally corrected the problem. I received great customer service from Mike Conetet. He was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the various Ford products and features. After my first visit to the dealership, he did an excellent job of following up with me, checking in to see if I had any questions or concerns. When I was undecided if I wanted a car or SUV he gave me a car to drive for 24 hours to help me make my decision. Mike couldn't have been more accommodating and more professional in his sales skills. I had no relationship with Beechmont Ford prior to this lease purchase and my decision had a great deal to do with wanting to purchase from Mike. This is my third Escape and I'm glad I chose to buy from Mike Cornetet because I know I can count on him to make sure I continue to be a pleased customer for the duration of my three year lease. More

The service dept., Dave, and the accessory dept.,Gary, have been great to get the extra work completed when I ask. In my case,wife with cancer, they have even made sure I got a ride home & back to the shop when needed. I know customer service "is" a part of the Beechmont Ford deal and that is at no extra charge. Each time that I've had to utilize the Beechmont Ford Body Shop - Shop. I've been very pleased with the service, quality and friendliness of staff. Each time that I've had to utilize the Beechmont Ford Body Shop - Tony Stehlin has been assigned to my vehicle. The rating has been the same each time due to his performance and concern to detail. One doesn't hope to have to return to the Body Shop, but I do know that the only reason I would have to return is due to an unfortunate accident or repair necessary on my vehicle(s). More
In November of 2010 our car was brought to Beechmont Ford body shop under the direction of our insurance company for repair after a collision with a deer. When we arrived very upset with our circumstances, we were met by Mr. Tony Stehlin who said "good morning, Mr. and Mrs. Peterson and welcome to Beechmont Ford. Would you like a soft drink or a cup of coffee?" At that point we began to relax. Shortly thereafter, a rental car arrived and when Tony was finished with the paperwork, we proceeded to Florida, very apprehensive about the situation. Tony then did something we consider to be very rare today-he did what he said he would do. Without exception, he called exactly when he said he would, he gave us details of the work in progress, and he told us when he would call us again. In short, we found that we could rely on Tony to keep us informed, which reduced our apprehension to zero. We arrived back at Beechmont at the appointed time, the car was ready, and he arranged for us to transfer luggage inside out of the cold. How can you beat that! The body work was excellent and we have had no problems since picking the car up. For these reasons we have given the dealership all ratings of 5. More
