Billy Gramann was an excellent salesman. We felt no pressure and he was a huge help getting us exaclty what we wanted. He took good care of us and this even includes accomodating usually very bored 6 y pressure and he was a huge help getting us exaclty what we wanted. I purchased a 2008 Taurus (lease turn-in) with 22K miles in November and purchased the premium extended warranty. I had a problem with the seat warmer and just stopped by to see if it was fuse or somethin in November and purchased the premium extended warranty. I had a problem with the seat warmer and just stopped by to see if it was fuse or something else. The service rep. pulled my paperwork and told me I had the regular extended warranty and not the premium. I went to my salesperson from November and explained the problem and he contacted Brennan who helped with financing. They pulled my paperwork and said it was for the regular extention. Brennan asked me to bring my paperwork from November in and they would correct the problem. Luckily I did have the premium paperwork that Brennan and Terry had suggested on my car. They redid the extended warranty papers for the Premium extended warranty. All done within one hour of my just stopping in and going to the bank to retrieve my own paperwork. I am certain the person who finished my paperwork in November (Brennan was off that day) made a typo, but I'm glad this happened now and not a year from now.
