Dick Barrick makes you feel like you are part of his family when you walk in the door. He has developed a long lasting relationship with our family and there is noone I would rather work with in findin family when you walk in the door. Dick didn't have a lot to work with, but he came through for me with a homerun. I have to say I am more than satisfied with the vehicle and my kids love it. I was treated very nicely and pretty quickly, beings it was Valentines Day, and they were very busy. They went the second mile in getting me a top interest rate,and great payments, even better than they h was Valentines Day, and they were very busy. I had a wonderful experience with this company !! I must admit I was a bit skeptical at first but when I met John I knew I was in good hands. He walked me through everything. Dick Barrick was a great help to me when purchaseing my Ford Escape. He did everything to get me in the car of my choice when I was there to purchase a new car. I would recommend Beechmont Ford because of Dick Barrick. He worked with me to purchase my 2010 Ford Fusion and he did a great job for me with test drives, showing me the differences between the Fusion SE, S He worked with me to purchase my 2010 Ford Fusion and he did a great job for me with test drives, showing me the differences between the Fusion SE, SEL and Sport. I phoned Beechmont Ford on 2/16/2011 do to my automobile breaking down. I had been to the Beechmont auto lot previously with two of my daughters on two different occasions they both bought cars, and reciev breaking down. Mind you something about the staff at this location makes you want to keep coming back. Well like I said I phoned them this time for myself, worried that I may not qualified for anything. I had this very polite, professional salesman pick-up my call, a Mr. John McGraw. He was very much wanting to know exactly what I wanted in a car, which make me feel very comfortable, he seem very honest, when he said we want you to be happy with your vehicle. Well happy is a under statement, I got a vehicle that I never dreamed of owning, Mr. McGraw worked with me and I must say I'm a very happy and pleased customer, I bought a 2011 Ford Fusion. Its a beautiful car and is loaded with all the goodies. I would recommend Mr. John McGraw to anyone looking to buy a car. He is the best salesman. There were a few minor things wrong that were discovered after the sale. The USB port needed to be fixed and the passenger vent could not be opened.
