They answered all of our questions about the Explorer Sport truck we were interested in. Terry called us the next day to follow up on our interest in the truck. After we agreed on the price, we arrived to find the truck sparkling clean and filled with gas, which was very much appreciated. We remembered that service from a couple of years ago when we bought a Ford 500 from Billy. Billy and Terry could not have been more friendly. While Terry took care of some last minute items, Billy put our license plates on the truck. From the time we arrived, because of their clock work professionalism, we were in and out the door in 30 minutes driving off in our truck. The next day, Billy called us to see how we liked our new purchase! We couldn't believe he took the time to do that! Our overall experience with Billy and Terry was excellent. We also appreciated the manager coming over and telling us they appreciated our "repeat" business. We also felt we were given a very fair trade in on our old vehicle. We will certainly tell our friends about this very positive experience with Beechmont Ford and recommend they ask for Billy or Terry for help with buying another vehicle. Dick Barrack is a man my family has known and bought vehicles from for years now, and there's a very good reason for it. He is probably the single most friendly car salesman I have ever met. My dad pu vehicles from for years now, and there's a very good reason for it. He is probably the single most friendly car salesman I have ever met. My dad purchased a Mustang GT in 1996, an Explorer in 1998, and I purchased a 2009 Fusion from him and most recently returned to purchase a pre-owned BMW for myself. In December of '08 when I purchased the Fusion, Dick had gotten sick around that time and the 2 days I was at the dealership he was home sick, so I never actually had to the chance to meet him until I stopped in to buy the BMW. Dick still acted as our primary salesperson and regularly checked in with me by phone before, during, and after the sales process to make sure I was happy. I was told by his associates at the dealership that he was a man who never took a sick day in his life, and could tell from speaking with him on the phone that he must have really felt pretty bad. Nevertheless, that didn't stop him from making sure that I had a great buying experience. He even called me the next year to wish me a happy birthday and make sure I was still satisfied! This is unheard of to me! I don't live all that close to Beechmont Ford, so the first time I looked at Fusions I went to Kings Ford just to check them out because it's the closest Ford dealer to me. The salespeople at Kings were awkward and not really helpful, nor did they seem to act like they cared if I bought a vehicle or not. They didn't offer any information about the vehicles or really pay me much attention even when I went with my dad! My dad strongly encouraged me to go to Beechmont and see Dick about the purchase and I'm ever so glad I listened to him! Dick used to work at Montgomery Ford right down the street from us (now the location of Lorinn's Used Vehicles), but we still make the trip to see him even though he moved to Beechmont. When it came time for my 30,000 mile check-up, I had the work performed at Castrucci Ford because it was somewhat closer and didn't really think about it. I will never make that mistake again, though, as there was a seriously noticeable difference between the level of service, friendliness and attitude of everyone at the dealership. I also went to Castrucci to have warranty work performed when one of my heated seats stopped working and the button on my trinket/storage compartment broke. I had put off making the appointment, as I am busy juggling being a full-time student with a career in real estate and put in a lot of hours. When I arrived at Castrucci Ford, they rudely told me my warranty was 600 miles past being up and it would be covered. Just like that, as if it were no big deal that I would have to pay $1,100.00 out of pocket for the heated seat and another $200.00 for the storage compartment. Needless to say, I was livid. I've dealt with most of the dealers in the area, so I've seen the best of them and the worst of them, and Beechmont is definitely the best I've ever been to! I recommend to everyone in the Cincinnati area and beyond to go see Dick Barrick, because you will never have a better car buying experience and never have any regrets! He is a good, honest man and won't push you into doing anything you don't want. After all, he doesn't want you to end up doing something you'll regret and end up unhappy. Thanks Dick! More

We had checked with several other dealers and were not treated very well one dealer refused to appraise our vehicle because we would not commit to buy that day.
