I went to purchase a new economy car. Mr. Lewis was very patient with me. He gave me the information I asked for and allowed me to come to my own decision. I thought the customer service was excellent. When i first walked in the door there was a salesmen greeting my, with a smile, saying, good afternoon, may i help you. Body shop had to touch up a couple of spots, and they look excellent, when i picked up the car. Dick Berrick was very friendly, with no pressure, while we were talking about the car. My overall experience was excellent, at Beechmont Ford. I had looked at one other Ford dealer, but ended up at Beechmont. The price of the car, i thought, was good, for all the options that were on the car. More

We gave the rating 'GREAT', simply because of Dick Barrick. All we did was make a call to Dick Barrick, he found the vehicle that interested us, he called to say we could pick it up. We were greeted in a very friendly manner. Carl made us feel like family. We were not preasured in any way. Helped us understand the car we were buying. We went to Beachmont ford to purchase a new car knowing all to well that we had a poor credit history with my brother haveing none and myself having very little credit history. We were sure that we may get all to well that we had a poor credit history with my brother haveing none and myself having very little credit history. We were sure that we may get laughed out of the showroom. But micheal and the fantastic fiancial department were able to find a great deal on a brand new ford focus. It is a fantastic car with the amazing sync system. If I ever buy a new car while I am here in cincinnati it will be a beachmont ford. The process only took about 3 hours from walking around the lot to signing the papers. Micheal has been calling about once a week to make sure that everything is going well with the car and we don't have any problems with anything. Thanks for a great first time car buying experience. Billy was very friendly. He worked with us in finding the right price without pushing us into a higher priced car. We felt he really listened to what we wanted and needed and helped work to accomplish t the right price without pushing us into a higher priced car. Plain and simple, I think Mike did a great job. He found the car that I wanted and had it picked up and brought to the dealership. I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with but he hung in there and took ca the car that I wanted and had it picked up and brought to the dealership. He has already followed up me once since I have picked up the car plus he did some research on an item and got back to me with the answer. More
