The staff were proffessional. They were staight forward in our dealings...no games. Overall, I would recommend them to others. I would just like to start off by saying, I have purchased a lot of cars in my life, approx. 30 to 35 cars. I have to Honestly say, not only have I purchased more then 1 car from Beechmont Ford, but it has now been 5 cars, and not only that, but the salesman Terry Reeves have been my salesman each time. I will finish this by saying that not only do I highly recommend Beechmont Ford, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TERRY REEVES as your salesman. If Terry Reeves can't sell you a New/Used car or truck, it really can't be done. More

Mr. Gramann was very professional and welcoming to my daughter and I during what was an experience I was dreading to pursue. I hav been a loyal Ford Owner for several years. Our recent main vehicle is a daughter and I during what was an experience I was dreading to pursue. I hav been a loyal Ford Owner for several years. Our recent main vehicle is a 2002 Windstar. I was very impressed with the fact that I received a Recall notice on the vehicle that was over 9 years old with 170,000+ miles. This convinced me that I had made the right choice then and was determined to buy Ford again. Billy was sincere and caring during the whole transaction, walked us to get home baked goods, kept checking back with us as we were waitng for the paper work to get taken care of. At the end of the purchase He gave me and my daughter a "tour of our new Flex", explained everything with great detail. He made me feel as though HE MEANT what he was saying, by that I mean if I was to call at any moment, he would be there to answer my question or concern. Bll is a fine asset to your company. I have place his card in my wallet and will share this experience to anyone looking to purchase a car. The whole staff was caring and friendly, no high pressure sales, no sharking etc. I honestly believe this was my best car buying experience. More

My husband, Aaron and I went into Beechmont ford looking for a used car, preferably 4 door, good gas mileage and a safe, reliable car. We were pretty specific. Bill met us outside and greeted us, he told us our options since we don't have very good credit right now, and didn't pressure us to make a decision. He was very informative on our options and didn't try to rush us either. We took the car that we were thinking about home overnight, and came back the next day, where he met us quickly again, and we had a small issue with a headlight not working which he promptly took care of. He was very considerate, helpful, and friendly. He is a role model for all car salesmen!! Exactly the kind of service I hope for, Beechmont Ford, you have got a customer for life!!! More
