Not sure where to start...... this was by far the best buying experience I have had in 30 years of buying cars. I started looking at mustangs about two weeks ago, mostly '09 & '10, this is what I thought buying experience I have had in 30 years of buying cars. I started looking at mustangs about two weeks ago, mostly '09 & '10, this is what I thought I could afford, boy was I wrong. While searching Cincinnati dealerships on the web I found Beechmont ford and quickly found the perfect car for me....2011 GT with 3,0000 miles listed for 26,996. I started talking with Terry Reeves by e-mail and quickly moved to the phone. I told Terry what I wanted to pay and how much I expected to receive for my trade in. After an hour or so, Terry called and said we were all set up when can you come down? I told him that I would make the drive from Springfield after work around 5:30 pm. During the drive down I couldn't help but think about the last time I brought a new car....I spent 6 hours at the dealership, wow what poor service. I rolled into Beechmont at 7:00pm and found that Terry had the car ready and parked out front ready to test drive. The car was in perfect condition and exactly the way it was listed. I can't say enough about Terry's skill as a salesman and his ability to deliver exactly what he promised with zero surprises. After a few minutes we headed upstairs to the finance guy (sorry, don't recall his name) to complete the deal. The finance guy was just as knowledgeable, efficient and delivered without surprises just the same as Terry. In summary.....I arrived at Beechmont at 7:00pm, received excellent service by all staff, got the perfect deal and was home by 10:00 pm. Thanks Beechmont Ford Staff. More
