I have bought or leased 10 vehicles from Beechmont Ford in the past 14 years, all because of 1 salesman, David Risher. During my 1st new car purchase 14 years ago, other salesmen at dealerships closer to home did not want to give me their time because I was only 23. Maybe they didn't think I was a serious buyer. When I arrived at Beechmont Ford, David Risher met me in the showroom and helped me find what I was looking for in jsut a few minutes. I've made all my purchases from him and Beechmont Ford and I won' go anywhere else. Thank you for making all my buying experiences a pleasure. More

Great dealership! Friendly, Honest, very helpful before, during and after sale. I have purchased two vehicles from Beechmont Ford from Billy Gramann and both visits were enjoyable. There was no high pressure sales, no one constantly in your ear. Billy lets you look at your leisure and if you have questions he'll answer them honestly. After sale service is wonderful. They go above and beyond any dealership I have ever dealt with in the past. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle I'll be back to Beechmont Ford and Billy will be my sales person. I will be sending anyone I know looking for a new or used car to Beechmont Ford and have them ask for Billy. Their service department is great. No hassle, up front and timely! I brought my 2003 Ford Explorer in for service, and realized that the repair bills may be a bit too high to continue on. I met with Bill (who sold my husband his F150) and purchased a brand new Ford E realized that the repair bills may be a bit too high to continue on. I met with Bill (who sold my husband his F150) and purchased a brand new Ford Escape. Because I was not originally in the mindset to purchase a new car but to fix my existing one, he was more than patient and gave me all the attention I required. I have since recommended my mother-in-law to him to trade in her Ford Explorer for a Escape. He has earned my families loyalty and we will not go elsewhere because of him. Kelly Corcoran More
