When I initially came in Matt had experienced a family emergency. So Mike Cornetet stepped in for that day getting me more information and keeping the ball rollling that Matt had started, the following day I came back to the dealership and Matt took care of everything. I showed up signed my papers he showed me how to use the Sync system along with other vehicle features I was unaware of.
