Even the day of purchase when I spent a half hour walking back and forth between two cars untill I chose my Focus. He made me feel relaxed throughout the process and showed me features of the car that I did not know about. I am very pleased with my new Focus and with my experience buying from Beechmont Ford. Mike was a HUGE help. I was a first time buyer and he made the entire process easy for me. I simply told him what I wanted and he found everything I needed and more! I visited the dealership after seeing some vehicles that interested me on the dealer's website. I found one in particular that I liked - a 2008 Certified Ford Edge. Bill was very helpful in showing me the interested me on the dealer's website. I found one in particular that I liked - a 2008 Certified Ford Edge. Bill was very helpful in showing me the vehicle and it's features. I actually took the vehicle overnight which I found extremely helpful in making my decision. After looking at numerous cars at other dealerships I found the employees at Beechmont Ford to be extremely helpful and courteous.
