The Beechmont Ford financing staff and the sales person, Mike Jackson, worked together with me to reach an agreement that I was comfortable with in leasing my new F-150 truck. I had been to a couple of different dealers prior to visiting Beechmont Ford and all treated me as if they didn't care if I bought from them or not. This was definitely not the feeling I got from the Beechmont Ford staff. Mike did everything possible to ensure I was happy with the deal as presented and with the truck I was purchasing. After the paper work was finalized, Mike setup the Sync account and once the truck was ready for delivery, helped my wife and I gather our personal belongings from our old vehicle and transferred them to the new vehicle. Mike then demonstrated all the features of the truck and the Sync technology. Lastly, I had to bring the truck back to have a bed liner installed and Mike saw to it that I was not inconvenienced in any way and provided a rental car while the truck was in the possession of Beechmont Ford for the installation.
