I purchased a 2006 Ford 500 five years ago from Beechmont Ford and I have all my service work done here. Terry was very courtious and profesional. He found me the car that fit exactly what i was looking for very quikly and when i came to pick the car up from out of town, He even picked me up from the airport. Salesman was fine and professional. Circumstances beyond his control affected the process. Car appeared to be clean and ready to go however on arrival at home the car had a film from the wheels that beyond his control affected the process. In addition it was explained to Mr Barrick i was under a time schedule when picking up the car. The paperwork was not ready as the dealership had computer problems. More

The best thing that Mike did was find a car that suited me the best. When I came to the dealership I was looking at a new 2011 Ford Edge Limited but only wanted a few of the features (black leather and pa me the best.
