I appreciate that you took the time to introduce yourself and talk to me while I was there for service of my other Explorer. I didn't expect you to get personally involved in the negations of the new Explorer, but I greatly appreciate the fact that you did and it resulted in my wife now driving her new car. I have to also commend Terry for his patience in this purchase, as he probably told you, we have been going back and forth on the model for quite some time. Lori has always wanted a Mustang convertible GT and I have been the one dragging my feet, so I guess we will be back some day to get that Mustang. I also want to give some thanks to Mitch Allison, he was very proficient in explaining how the electronics worked and all of the different steps to maneuver thru the various screens. Too many times the consumer is left to paging through the owners manual rather than receiving the one on one attention and detail that Mitch offered. Again, thank you for not only your help, but the entire Beechmont Ford Teams help, we will be back to get that Mustang some day. More

I've purchased vehicles from Dick before and he has always been A-1. Before I left the dealership he had my cell phone all linked with my new sync radio and I was all set to go with it. Mike Jackson was my salesman 6 years ago when I bought a 2006 Ford Escape. I did all my maintenance at Beechmont Ford. This was our 3rd purchase from Beechmont Ford, and our 2nd with Bill Lewis (only because he didn't work there when we bought our first vehicle!!) Bill is very thorough and knowledgeable. The first thing that I have to say is that Billy Lewis at Beechmont Ford ROCKS! He was so friendly and nice. He treated us like we were actual people. We went in and right away he found us a car. We had been to other dealerships and they treated us horrible. I almost cried when Billy helped us. His quality of work was great. He wasted no time and reassured us the whole way. The price was great also. My kids are now fighting who gets the front seat. I can't really explain in words what he did for us. From now on if anyone that we know needs a car we are telling the Beechmont Ford and Billy Lewis. I guarantee we will see him again sometime in the future. More
