Dick Barrick has been the nicest salesperson we have dealt with when buying a vehicle. He was polite, honest, funny, patient, organized, and kid-friendly. We had a great time purchasing our 2012 Ford Escape, even a few laughs. You will have to ask Dick what the new use is for the funnel in the back of the Escape. Siruis Radio now means vehicles are dog-friendly (per our daughters). And Dick said "Look this one has a roof". Which comes to find out means a moon roof. We had a great time! We were welcomed by everyone we were in contact with. Employess were friendly and personable. Our sales person Greg Kien was completely focused on us the customer and made us feel he had our best inerest Employess were friendly and personable. Greg is a real people person besides having a great smile he was easy to talk to and we felt like we had known him a long time when we left the dealership. We feel this is important to establish a relationship with a dealership when you make a purchase, so that we can always come back and contact someone when we might have concerns or questions with our new car. So we now feel like we are part of the Beechmont Ford family thanks to Greg & Brennan who both were of great assistance and help during our visit. Greg was recommended by 2 different parties who had dealt with him and said he was the best at what he does. In the past we had purchased with Mike Castrucci Ford & John Nolan Ford and lets just say neither was a memorable experience. So we have already come away with alot better gut feeling of how we are going to be treated when and if the time arises. Greg has personally told us if we have any problems, need any service; even if its just an oil change to call him and he'll make sure we can get our vehichle in and looked at in a reasonable time. This all started when my Mom was looking for a Ford Escape. I went to Beechmont Ford with her just to look. It was not long and we were getting ready to be approached by a salesman. I have never liked car salesmen, and I said to my Mom, oh great here we go. But I was very wrong, Bill was not like other car salesmen and did not make me feel that way. Especially since we were both females, usually car salesmen think your stupid and treat you that way. Bill was very respectfull and was trying to help my Mom choose the right vehicle for her. Bill was telling her that Ford was offering 0% interest and she was interested. My Mom ended up buying a Ford Escape and this was her very first new vehicle ever. I went home and told my husband about Bill and the 0% interest. My husband was interested. We asked for Bill and that night we ended up driving out in our new 2012 Ford F-250. (This was also my husband's very first brand new vehicle). It was a Sunday night and the dealership closed at 6:00; they all stayed till the deal was done, which was a while. Bill worked to get us the best deal. Thanks Bill and Beechmont Ford for making this a great experience! More

We have dealt with Dick Barrick in the past and have leased one car from him, plus 3 purchased vehicles. Our experience with Dick was so good each time, that over the years, we have returned to purcha leased one car from him, plus 3 purchased vehicles. Obviously, I would not trust just anyone to sell a used car to me that I intended my son to be driving. I felt confidence and trust in our interactions with Dick during our various purchases. I have never been let down by Dick nor with the vehicles involved. Dick has always been helpful in getting the best price and has been frank about whatever concerns might relate to a particular vehicle. I hate the process of looking for and buying a car, but Dick has made it fun. We have purchased other vehicles elsewhere over the years, but I can honestly say, that I would not return to the other dealerships; one because of the car, and another becuase of the sales personnel. We keep coming back to Dick and to Ford because of the confidence we have in each. More
