Mike is all about satisfying his customer's needs... I only had to tell Mike what the parameters were that I was looking for, and Mike took it from there.... Every step of the way Mike would call to make only had to tell Mike what the parameters were that I was looking for, and Mike took it from there.... Every step of the way Mike would call to make sure that I was satisfied with "everything" from a standpoint of product options and pricing. Everyone at the dealership were outgoing and friendly. This in itself made you feel like family. And the willingness of Mike to the the lead in "after-the-sale" items was just icing on the cake. Job well done. Terry is the only salesman I will deal with when either buying new or used. I have purchased 2 vehicles now with him and each time I was treated with respect. After visiting several other Ford dealers in the Cincinnati area, and not finding any that would work with me,I ended up at Beechmont Ford. I talked with a salesman named Terry Reeves. I was impress Cincinnati area, and not finding any that would work with me,I ended up at Beechmont Ford. I talked with a salesman named Terry Reeves. I was impressed with Terry. He was friendly, personable and didn't turn on the "high pressure" like many dealers. I ended up ordering a 2006 Mustang GT convertible. Terry went above and beyond making this deal. When the dealership added on many "extras" like paint sealant and rust proofing I didn't want, Terry took care of it and I was a happy buyer.I have recommended Beechmont Ford and Terry to several friends and family members More
