My experience buying my Escape was the best experience I have had buying a car. I had a 2005 Escape (my second one) and decide it was time for a new car. We had every intention of trying something different so we looked at the Edge and the new hatchback Focus, I think that's what it time for a new car. He knew I wouldn't be happy with a smaller car or with anything bigger than Ford's SUV but he let me look and we talked and I looked somemore then when my husband and I decided on the 2012 Escape w/the special addition paint job, on the "showroom" floor Dick did his best to get us a GOOD price and a fair trade amount for my old Escape.
