This is our first experience purchasing a FORD and we are extremely happy with the process, the vehicle and new automobile relationship. The introductory process from pulling up to the dealership, meeting with John McGraw and having him show us the vehicle (Escape) was very welcoming. The process of discussing the price and terms of the vehicle was pleasant and friendly. We did not feel any pressure at all and in fact, we told John that we needed to leave to check out one more vehicle and he knew we would return. When we did return, his only surprise was how quickly we returned! After purchasing the vehicle, John gave my wife a tour of the Escape and introduced her to another team member and he walked her through the process of adding her cell phone to the SYNC product and explained SiriusXM. In addition, we met Michael Carmichael, the Director of Sales. It is very comforting to know that someone in his position with the Dealership took the extra time to meet my wife and I, give us his card and telling us to feel free to contact him if we needed anything. We couldn't be happier with the buying experience and are looking forward to owning our first FORD! This is definitely the type of Dealership that we will return to as well as recommend to family and friends. More

Randy was very helpful in the process. He did not make me feel pressured to make a decision. I was at this dealership a few years ago when I purchased my first car and had felt pressured by that salesper me feel pressured to make a decision. We were shopping for an anniversary present for my wife. Her car was 10 years old. We really liked the Fusion and test drove several times. We have two children in college, so the budget is tight. Just when it looked as if we couldn't make it work, Matthew asked if we had considered Leasing. That was the only thing we hadn't thought about. When he explained the terms and payments to us, we were supprised at the affordabiity. Needless to say, Matthew saved the day.
