I got my first car when I was 16. I am now 59. In 43 years I have not had the opportunity to deal with a car salesman as friendly, polite and helpful as Jon Mai. Normally dealing with a car salesman is years I have not had the opportunity to deal with a car salesman as friendly, polite and helpful as Jon Mai. Normally dealing with a car salesman is an arduous if not agonizing experience. I am pleased to say that this was not the case with Jon Mai. I thoroughly appreciated his character and integrity throughout the entire process. I felt as though I could trust him which is no small thing when negotiating for a vehicle. I am very happy with my car buying experience at Beechmont Ford. Terry Reeves discussed the options for my car thoroughly with me. We were trying to get the best car for us at the best price. When we had decided on the car, Terry tried for over a week to find it in the area. He contacted us daily during this process letting us know what was in the surrounding area. When the car could not be found, we were given the chance to order it just like we wanted it. We did. Terry called often to let us know where our car was in the process of being built. He called us the day the car arrived at Beechmont Ford and made arrangements for us to pick it up at our convenience. He expedited the loan process for us. We got a good rate, the process was quick, and there was no pressure. Everyone was helpful and friendly. All the features of our car were explained to us. All of our questions were answered and we were invited to call or visit if we had any further questions. I will be glad to recommend Terry Reeves and Beechmont Ford to anyone that I see that is interested in buying a new car. More

I would recommend this dealership and David Risher to my family and friends. You need to know that every time we walked through the door we were greeted by someone...a lost art these days. The best part was whomever greeted us was there to help us find whomever or whatever we were looking for and not just there to "sell". What a nice place to walk into...you have a great staff for sure! I get the feeling walking into the showroom that all the sales people have each others backs, they are so willing to help the customer experience a comfortable transition by helping them find who or what they are looking for as quickly as possible. The Sales Department all seem to be courteous and respectful to one another, I liked experiencing the respect shown to one another. This is the fourth car we've purchased from David Risher, honestly we feel very welcomed by David, we feel like we get a fair shake, and he makes us feel like we're the only people buying from him on any given day. I know that's not the case since we know he sells many cars, but through the process he is very calming and unhurried (even by my sometimes unusual request), David always seems to have the solution. We are thankful for David's professional, patient and personal touch whenever we walk through the door, we also know he truly believes and takes pride in Ford. We feel blessed to have happened upon David some ten years ago and confident knowing he'll be there for us any time for any reason. My Father who passed away many years ago (1985) was a diehard Ford man...I feel he would have valued and appreciated the Beechmont Ford Sales Department and what Ford represents as a company. I think my father has rubbed off on me...I can't imagine driving anything but a Ford.
