2023 grand Cherokee with 2 bad batteries. Service dept rep Kim had an attitude, condescending, very passive aggressive. Told it would take hours to diagnose the issue and it took a day and a Service dept rep Kim had an attitude, condescending, very passive aggressive. Told it would take hours to diagnose the issue and it took a day and a half to change a battery. Someone stole the ring off my key and my sunroof was opened by someone and left open while it was raining. They also never called me to let me know my car was ready to pick up even though they claim they did. Never utilizing this service department again. More

They were extremely accommodating with offering a pick up to retrieve my car. The car was washed and clean. The service people were friendly and easy to deal with.
